Required Qualification and Experiences:

-         To Maintain office supplies organized and replenished

-         To Keep office documentations and filing systems up to date

-         To Keep record of staff attendance and leaves

-         To Follow up staff personal files documentation

-         Updating Admin / HR Related lists

-         Keeping and following up Internal documentation

-         Other related tasks required

Required Skills & others

·        Mandatory: Turkish nationality

·        Mandatory: Ability to speak, read and write well in English

·        Strong knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and Outlook

·        Excellent interpersonal communications skills.

.        Bachelor degree in relevant field
