Scope of Work

To be responsible on below duties:

 

·     Carry outday-to-day accounting operations and financial support in accordance withdonor/client and YYD internal policies and procedures including but not limitedto month and year closing procedures, bank and cash reconciliations, AR/APanalysis and accrual of taxes and other expenses.

·     Ensurerequired preapprovals and other supporting documents are secured in advance ofincurring an expense.

·     Prepare,review and advise on procurement requests and coordinate with logisticsdepartment for timely delivery of goods and services.

·     Prepareand assist to prepare financial and logistics reports to track and reconciletransactions.

·     Preparepipelines on timely manner and arrange and attend pipeline meetings to advisesenior management on decision making.

·     Ensure allfinancial documents are achieved properly.

·     Prepareand assist to prepare budgets for project proposals and make necessaryadjustments in the budgets as needed.

·     Follow upSGK registration of employees.

·     Review subpartner(s) financial documents to ensure that costs incurred to projects are incompliance with donor and internal procedures and policies.

·     Ensureclose relationship and build communication and follow up procedures with subpartner(s).

·     Communicatewith external accountants on tax, social security and payroll related issues.

·     Preparetimely and accurate financial reports for submission to YYD HQ on or before thedeadlines as needed including without limitation:

-         Researchon financial compliance topics

-         Accountingfor overhead procurements transactions

-         Maintenanceof accurate financial transactions records
