Bu işe alım süreci Türkiye'de yeni gerçekleşmiş olan depreme yönelik acil müdahale projemiz kapsamında oluşan insan kaynakları açığını doldurmak için yürütülmektedir. İstihdam ilgili projenin fonlanmasına bağlı olarak gerçekleşecektir. Konaklama DDD tarafından konteynırlarda sağlanacaktır.
Durumun aciliyetinden dolayı sahada gönüllü çalışmaya istekli kişilerin başvurusu özellikle teşvik edilmektedir.

Hatay'da görevlendirilmek üzere, BBSH Doktoru Saha Yöneticisi(Field Coordinator) ve Tıbbi Koordinatör(Medical Coordinator)ün yönetimi altında çalışır.

Sağlık Hizmetleri
• Konsültasyon hizmeti vermek;
• Hastalara sağlık hizmeti vermek ve acil tedavi sağlamak;
• Uluslararası kabul görmüş/DDD standartlarına uygun tıbbi protokolleri uygulamak;
• Hemşire ile işbirliği içinde, hastalara teşhis, tedavi ve ilaç (reçete edilmişse) konusunda düzenli sağlık eğitimi vermek;
• Hasta dosyasının doldurulmasını takip etmek;
• Hasta tıbbi kayıtlarının doğru şekilde tutulmasını sağlamak;
• Hasta gizliliğine saygı gösterilmesini sağlamak (hasta dosyaları/çizelgeleri dolapta kilitli olmalı);
• Acil vakaları tespit etmek ve yetkili makama transferini organize etmek;

Raporlama
• Talep halinde, faaliyetleri hakkında düzenli olarak yöneticisine rapor sunmak;
• Sözleşmenin sonunda yöneticisine bir Devir Teslim Raporu sunmak;

Diğer Görevler
• Gerektiği yerde ve zamanda Tıbbi Yönetici ile birlikte değerlendirmelere katılmak;
• Talep edilmesi halinde seyahat edebilecek ve diğer lokasyonlarda çalışabilir olmak;
• Talep edildiği şekilde her türlü özel müdahaleye katılmak;
• İlgili toplantılarda Tıbbi Yönetici tarafından istendiği gibi temsil görevini yerine getirmek ve aktif olarak katılmak;
• Kurum içi çalışma toplantılarına katılmak;
• Her türlü güvenlikle ilgili sorunu yöneticisine bildirmek;
• Saha ziyaretleri ve DDD faaliyetlerinin organizasyonuna destek vermek;
• Yönetici istenen diğer ilgili görevler.

Aranan Özellikler
Eğitim
• Türkiye'de doktorluk yapmaya uygun şekilde Tıp fakültesi mezunu.
Mesleki Deneyim
• Pratisyten hekim olarak 1-2 yıl klinik deneyime sahip.
Gerekli Beceriler
• Kurumun tıbbi çalışmalarını yönetebilecek ve uygulayabilecek;
• Hem dâhili hem de harici sağlık ekibi üyeleriyle işbirliğini teşvik edebilecek;
• Kanıtlanmış yönetim, organizasyon ve kişilerarası ilişki becerilerine sahip olan;
• Sağlık sistemlerini yönetme, tıbbi kalite güvencesi, kalite iyileştirme ve risk yönetimi konusunda bilgi sahibi olan;
• Hasta güvenliği ve sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesine bağlı;
• Kurumun değerlerine ve vizyonuna bağlı;
• Sağlık bakım hizmetlerinin standartlaştırılmasına liderlik etme becerisine sahip;

Medecins du Monde Turkey (MDM-T) / Dünya Doktorları Dernegi (DDD) is a Turkish based humanitarian non-governmental organisation that facilitates access to healthcare for populations affected by armed conflict, violence, natural disasters, disease, famine, poverty and exclusion.

Our organization collaborates with partners and key stakeholders to implement projects that facilitate access to primary and secondary-level healthcare services to respond to the medical needs of displaced population.

Mission
Since 2015, DDD implements programs in both Turkey and Syria providing refugee and IDP communities with free access to healthcare services. DDD works with a range of humanitarian professionals and technical experts to provide Primary Healthcare (PHC), Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)services as well as sexual and reproductive health (SRH).

Since the beginning of the Syria and Iraqi crises, Turkey has become host to over 3 million refugees, migrants and asylum seekers which led to an increasing demand for health services. In this context, DDD’s intervention aims to assist local public health systems in providing and improving access to health and health related services to vulnerable populations among refugees and migrants in Turkey, specifically in Hatay, Izmir and Istanbul. In Syria, DDD runs health facilities in Idlib and Afrin provinces to deliver health-related services to IDPs.

Hierarchical & Functional links
The purpose of this emergency recruitment is to fill human resources gap for our emergency response for recent earthquake disaster in Türkiye. Employment will be depend on donor approval. This will be a short term position, the accommodation will be provided by DDD as container

Due to emergency of the current situation, the candidates who are volunteer to work in the emergency field are highly encouraged.

The doctor is under the line management of the Medical Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities
• Health Care
• Reporting

Function Details
Health Care
• Perform Consultations;
• Provide health care and emergency treatment for the patients;
• Implement medical protocols according to internationally accepted/DDD standards;
• In collaboration with the Nurse, provide regular health education to patients on diagnosis, treatment and medication (if prescribed);
• Follow up the filling of patient’s file;
• Ensure accurate recording of patient medical records;
• Ensure patient confidentiality is respected (Patient files/charts locked in cabinet);
• Identify and to organise the transfer of emergency cases to the competent authority;

Reporting
• Providing regular reporting on her/his activities to the line manager upon request;
• Providing the line manager with a Handover Report at the end of the contract;

Other
• Participate in assessments with the Medical Supervisor, where and when necessary;
• Ability to travel and relocate if it is requested;
• Participate in any specialised responses, as requested;
• Represent and actively participate in any relevant meetings, as requested by Medical Supervisor;
• Participate in internal work meetings;
• Report any security related issues to the line manager;
• Support operational organisation of field trips and DDD activities;
• Any other relevant duties requested by the line manager.

Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within Dünya Doktorları Derneği and amongst beneficiaries served by Dünya Doktorları Derneği.

NB: considering the purpose and values of the organisation, DDD requests to its employee complete flexibility in term of duties and commitment, as their job description and job title can be adjusted throughout the year according to needs and priorities.

Expected profile
Education & Qualification
• Medical doctor degree; preferably eligible to practice medicine in Turkey.

Professional experience
• 1-2 years of clinical practice as a general practitioner.
