As TPF Getinsa Euroesturdios, we are looking for a Jr. Document Control Expert t to join our team for supervision of a transport infrastructure project in Trakya Region.

Job Definition:

Ensure efficient document control system implementation by

• Controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Documents and drawings are under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Files and control logs are maintained as per approved document Control Plan.
• Prepare document control assessment reports to be included in monthly progress reports.

Scope of Services:

• Verify the maintenance and management of all important documents and records related with the project ensuring its accessibility.
• Verify the compliance of Work Contractor’s Document Management Plan and particularly the update of the electronic copies of all documents and records which will eventually be maintained through specific computer software (correspondence and documentation system) that will be provided by the Works Contractor during the execution period of the Works Contract to track progress of the project.
• Incorporate the use of the approved Works Contractor’s software within their internal Document Control System.

Documents subject of storage and control will be Site and laboratory records, technical documents, drawings, and correspondence.
