DRİVER

Gökkuşağı Association is a non-governmental organization seeking solutions to the problems of refugees and asylum seekers living within the borders of Adıyaman, trying to meet their needs and contributing to the city. And its Conducting a project in partnership with Concern Worldwide in Turkey under the name of ‘’Emergency  Protection and resilience building for refugees in turkey’’and looking for a candidate with qualifications for ‘’ Driver ’’

The work will be carried out in Adıyaman. The driver will have the following duties and responsibilities under the supervision of the HR. Candidates should have the right to work in Turkey.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To meet the transportation needs of the project.

2. Moving the project staff to needed places safely.

3. Taking part in the project's travels outside the province.

4. To act with the team spirit in accordance with universal ethical values in all studies

 

Qualifications

1. Having at least B class driver's license,

2. Graduates of at least high school

3. Good communication skills and the ability to speak and communicate respectfully with children, women and men in the refugee community,

4. Being in the range of 25-50 years.

5. To have business and moral ethics with the awareness of duty and responsibility.

6. There is no health problem that prevents him from performing his duty.

7. Not retiring from any institution,

8. 5-10 years experience is preferred.

Gökkuşağı Derneği, insana ve şehre katkı sunmaya çalışan, bir sivil toplum kuruluşudur.Concern Worldwide ortaklığında yürüttüğü Türkiyedeki Mültecilere Acil Koruma ve Eğitim Desteği Projesi kapsamında   Şoför niteliklerine sahip bir aday aramaktadır.

Çalışma Adıyaman'da yapılacaktır. İnsan kaynakları sorumlusu gözetiminde şoför aşağıdaki görev ve sorumluluklara sahip olacaktır. Adaylar başvuru anında Türkiye'de çalışma hakkına sahip olmalıdır.

Görev ve Sorumluluklar

1. Proje kapsamında ihtiyaç duyulan ulaşım ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak.
2. Proje personelini görev yerlerine taşımak.
3. Projenin il dışı seyehatlerinde görev almak.
4. Tüm çalışmalarda evrensel etik değerlere uyarak ekip ruhu ile hareket etmek

 

Aranan Nitelikler

1. En az B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip olmak,
2. En az lise derecesinde mezun olmak
3. İyi iletişim becerileri ve mülteci topluluğu içindeki çocuk, kadın ve erkeklerle saygılı bir şekilde konuşma ve iletişim becerisine sahip olmak,
4. 25-50 yaş aralığında olmak.
5. Görev ve sorumluluk bilinci ile, iş ve ahlak etiğine sahip olmak.
6. Görevini yapmasına engel herhangi bir sağlık sorunu bulunmamak.
7. Her hangi bir kurumdan emekli olmamak.
8. 5-10 yıl deneyim tercih edilir.
