Qualifications and skills;
- Fluent speaking and comprehension skills in English,
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts at all levels,
- Process oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative,
- Attention to detail with an ability to work within tight deadlines,
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure,
- Familiar with donor procurement practices such as PRAG,
General Requirements;
- At least three years of working experience,
- At least two years of working experience on the projects of EU and other international donor organisations, building up consortiums and preparation of offer dossiers,
- Experience in grant management procedures and donor relations will be an asset,
- Experience of project management and project cycle management, including project design, implementation and evaluation will be an asset,
- Experience in international projects will be an asset,
Job Description;
- Searching for new business opportunities, tenders and grants for the company and also its clients,
- Building up consortiums for EU Technical Assistance and other tender processes, meeting with international companies, reviewing their references, and making decisions in consortium structures,
- Supporting the preparation of the offer dossiers and documentation in regards with the tender specifications,
- Preparation and submission of company references,
- Preparation of road map and signing pre-consortium agreement,
- Searching for and negotiating with project experts, and collection and review of their CVs and related documentation
