14The Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of cash assistance programs in Adiyaman. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in cash assistance and community-based programming, ensuring effective delivery of services to beneficiaries while adhering to organizational standards and donor requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing cash assistance programs, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of cash-based programming, including targeting, delivery mechanisms, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of the local context in Adiyaman, including cultural, social, and political dynamics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office and data collection platforms.
- Fluency in Turkish and English. Kurdish is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to organizational values, including integrity, accountability, and inclusivity.
- Flexibility and adaptability in challenging environments.
- Understanding of gender-sensitive programming and safeguarding principles.
