Senior Data Specialists

XSIGHTS is currently seeking Senior Data Specialists with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven insights to join our expanding research team. We are a hybrid work environment, and candidates have the option to work from our offices in Istanbul or Ankara.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with the following qualifications will be prioritized:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, or Statistics.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in SPSS and/or Stata software.

Survey Scripting Tools: Experience with scripting software, such as SSI or Alchemer.

Advanced Excel Skills: Strong command of Excel, including complex functions and data analysis.

Large-Scale Data Handling: Proven experience working with large datasets.

AI Analysis Tools: Knowledgeable in AI analysis programs, with prior hands-on experience utilizing such tools.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Time Management: Advanced time management skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Experience Requirement:

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research or consultancy firms or within the analytics department of corporate entities.
