Client Relations and Project Manager

XSights, a leading research and consultancy firm in Turkey, is looking for a passionate and experienced Client Relations and Project Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality, value-added services, supporting XSights’ growth and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Manage client relationships beyond projects by understanding the broader client strategy and your role within it.

Analyze client needs, define suitable project parameters, and assess costs effectively.

Ensure every deliverable meets quality standards and is prepared as if it’s the final client-facing version.

New Business Acquisition

Proactively seek client briefs to create targeted, high-quality proposals.

Identify and address core client challenges with clear, impactful solutions.

Organize in-person client meetings to foster effective relationships.

Project Management

Supervise the work of junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Organize task allocation and project planning within the team.

Monitor project profitability and ensure efficient project execution.

Commercial Intelligence

Cultivate team awareness of pricing and profitability dynamics, promoting cost-effective project execution.

Guide the team in managing financial aspects of projects effectively.

Research Design

Design complex survey instruments to meet client needs with customized solutions.

Oversee and provide feedback on junior team members' survey drafts.

Data Collection and Analysis

Deliver high-quality analyses, reports, and creative solutions that add value to the project.

Adapt reporting style to suit client, participant, or contextual needs and effectively communicate findings.

Presentation of Findings

Develop clear, impactful presentations and actionable recommendations.

Engage clients through storytelling, delivering insights in a compelling, understandable way.

Team Leadership

Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

Evaluate performance constructively and support the growth of team members.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic consultancy or market research.

Expertise in client relationship management, project management, and data analysis.

Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, and similar analytical tools.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Collaborative, coaching-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
