ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINER/ CONSULTANT :

Specific Duties:

• Prepare and conduct training sessions for AET (Advanced Entrepreneurship Training) and BET (Basic Entrepreneurship Training) according to a prepared plan alternating entrepreneurship classes to be delivered in the frame of Bridges project
• Prepare training content according to the curriculum prepared by INGEV
• Prepare training reports, training tools (pre-posttests, interactive educational games, related surveys...)
• Deliver the training modules online or/and Face-to-face in Şanlıurfa and Kilis
• Deliver the entrepreneurship training modules with interactive tools and according to the needs of each group
• Work in collaboration to INGEV training coordinator and Sanliurfa Business Development Center Director
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments of the project for referrals of beneficiaries in line with set criteria.

Perform other duties as may be assigned

TRAINER/ CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The Consultant should have the following competencies and experience:

• Experience in entrepreneurship, Marketing and Business Management
• At least 3 year of training experience on entrepreneurship and business development
• Experience in capacity building activities with vulnerable groups from different educational and cultural backgrounds.
• At least 1 year of experience working in entrepreneurship/HR/business development field with Syrians under temporary protection
• Familiar with civil society and NGO engagement on development of business plan
• Strong Arabic language proficiency.
• Good level of computer program (MS. Word & Excel).
• Good level in online training tools.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including effective report writing

Turkish language proficiency

Master’s degree in a related field, preferably Business Management

ToT certificate

Preferably living in Şanlıurfa
