Artı Sistem, headquartered in Ankara, is a Group A Travel Agency that provides project management, consultancy and event management services to national and international business partners.

For our growing and expanding organization, we are looking for an experienced "Event Specialists" to work in our "International Relations and Organizations" department, which provides project management, event management such as meeting, congress, conference seminar organizations and travel services for international donor funded institutions and organizations operating in Türkiye.

SCOPE OF WORK

End-to-end implementation of events & organizations

Preparing offers and preparing documentation by determining the requirements such as registration, accommodation, transportation, transfer, technical services,

Guiding customer’s focal points in every step and providing timely and clear communication

Organizing communication between related parties

Leading event & organization operations excellently

Managing the Project budget & Reporting

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree, Fluency in English

Computer literacy including the use of Office programs

Residency in Ankara, Preferably B-class driver's license, able to drive well

No travel restrictions and able to travel frequently

Male candidates must have completed military service

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 3 years of general work experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in organizing small-medium size events

Experience of working with international donor funded institutions/organizations such as UN & EU

Having a good knowledge of business processes such as meeting management, registration, accommodation, transportation etc.

High level planning, coordination and communication skills
