The Human Resources Supervisor (HRS) will work under the supervision of the Head of HR and Administration. The incumbent will deliver effective and efficient HR solutions and services for employees, both in Turkey and Lebanon. He/She will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices with the assistance of the HR team members. This role has both a strategic and an operational focus, providing expert advice and support on all HR matters.


  1. Recruitment Oversight: Oversee the recruitment process, assist recruiters, develop job descriptions, and create job advertisements.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling inquiries, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related issues.
  3. Team Management: Supervise HR team members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  4. Project Management: Design and lead HR projects, demonstrating expertise in project execution.
  5. Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, forms, and procedures in coordination with other departments.
  6. Performance Management: Monitor and enhance performance appraisal systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration in collaboration with outsourced consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  8. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all processes align with national laws, particularly labor law and data protection requirements.
  9. Staff Development: Assist managers with staff development plans, disciplinary processes, and related procedures, promoting professional growth.
  10. Employee Counseling: Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures, offering guidance and support as needed.
  11. Audit Preparation: Prepare HR unit for internal and external audits, ensuring all documents adhere to relevant regulations.
  12. Salary Management: Support management with salary reviews, recommend and implement pay structure revisions, ensuring fairness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven Senior HR Generalist experience in human resources on both strategic and operational level, plus minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Practices.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is essential.
  • Demonstrated reporting, planning and project management skills and experience.
