ANKON Consulting is looking for an IT Expert for the EU funded project "Social and Economic Cohesion through Vocational and Technical Education (SEUP) II" to be implemented in Turkey.

Qualifications Required:

• University degree. Master’s degree will be an asset.
• Advanced IT and software development skills
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Experienced in enterprise shared technology functions
• Experienced in ASP and Visual Basic .NET scripting languages
• Experienced in data mining and data base architecture
• Experienced in developing monitoring systems and web sites
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Turkish

Job Definition:

• Managing the software development life-cycle of MEB's Social and Economic Cohesion Through Vocational and Technical Education (SEUP) II project (coding, debugging, reporting, database management, requirement gathering, and documentation)
• Use and update of the implementation monitoring tool linked to the monitoring information system for the student support packages under the project
• Update of existing SEUP system to include additional features upon request by the Project Management Unit/ schools or the Implementation Consultant
• Regular maintenance of the SEUP system and assist the Project Management Unit / Implementation Consultant especially during reporting period to generate required data and reports
• All IT-related tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator and/or the Team Leader
