Job Description

We are looking to employ a self-motivated and creative Marketing specialist to join our team

The Marketing specialist  will be reported to the Marketing Manager and should speak Arabic and English, (other languages is a plus) with the below qualifications

Responsibilities:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Design and implement marketing campaigns
• Manage and Develop Digital marketing platforms
• Work with the design team on content development related to our product and our industry .
• Design and implement lead generation strategies
• Design and run email marketing campaigns
• Handle CRM and Website and make the best out of data
• Improve SEO , and SMO for the group websites
• Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
• Manage administrative duties related to Sales and marketing
• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services
• Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
• Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Work closely with operation teams to make sure training delivery is being well prepared and executed .
• Keep an open eye for all industry events, and build a yearly  calendar for it .
• Participate in events and public relation activities .
• Develop strategies for more visibility for Genius tags brands among IT solution providers .
• Venture is a group of company so you might give help to other arms in marketing activities within your work capacity and work hours

Requirements:

• Proven track record in marketing environment preferably in within NGO sector  (3+ years)
• Good customer service skills
• Good command English/Arabic Languages
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivated, driven attitude
• Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
