Position Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Individual case discussion for the psychologist’s beneficiaries, includes the therapeutic plans, the needed tools, and other details of the intervention.
2.  Shadowing the individual and group sessions facilitated by the team members.
3. Facilitate group supervision sessions with the team.
4. Ensure correct MOUs/TORs are in place with relevant stakeholders and other humanitarian actors in the implementing area.
5. Set the outreach action plans and activities for the outreach teams.
6. Communication with:
7. UOSSM technical support team of the main office
8. Partners and other humanitarian actors of other NGOs.
9. Other Field Officers in the other Mental Health Centers in Turkey.
10. The Project Coordinator
11. Provides Direct provision of mental health consultations to the beneficiaries of the mental health Center.
    • Field visits on a regular basis to partners of humanitarian actors receiving the outreach services.
    • Facilitate team weekly meetings to discuss work progress and challenges.
    • Monitor the team’s competencies and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in psychology or psychological counseling, preferably from a Turkish university or with an equivalent certificate in Turkey.

Preferably a Master's degree in psychology or psychological counseling.

Experience: One-year experience in same field

Office programs: Intermediate level.

English language: good.

Required things: Turkish nationality.
