QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in field of media photography in humanitarian field
• At least 3 years of experience in working on video editing programs, such as: Adobe group,
• Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, 3D Cinema and Final CutAt least five years of experience in work of media field, advocacy and filmmaking

NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Fluent in Arabic & English speaking, reading and writing
• Good skills in writing for scenarios and posts on social networks
• Well Knowledge of fundraising tools and prepare necessary plans for donations
• Experience in speaking to public.
• Experience in organizing press conferences or similar events.
• High organizational skills and ability to manage work pressure and prioritize independently, including disciplined compliance and multiple task management simultaneously.
• Sustainability of providing creative ideas and self-development
• The possibility of rapid adaptation with new media platforms
• Working in a team, gathering outstanding and diverse experiences, follow-up achievement, and continuous motivation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•  Documenting projects and producing visual video as donors request
•  Assist in production of campaign materials such as reports, articles and videos
• Contribute to the achievement of objectives, and draw up strategic plans
• Contribute to prepar of team's weekly and monthly plan
•  Prepare and participate in scenarios for short stories or advocacy films and case studies or success stories
• Communicate with media and invite them to focus on the organization's activities in coordination with the direct director
• Management of social media networks
• Contributing in development of strategies for social media, the audiovisual and official website
• Introducing and publicity the organization and its role through the media, seminars and lectures
• Ensure that the organization's visual identity is maintained throughout all activities.
• Contribute to develop campaigns' strategies and key campaign messages and support campaigns by identifying and securing media coverage
• Production of videos related to the donation projects launched by the organization on its platform
• Data archiving in a way that ensures its preservation and accessibility
