Proje Asistanı

Gökkuşağı Derneği, Adıyaman sınırları içerisinde yaşayan mülteci, sığınmacı durumundaki kişilerin problemlerine çözüm arayan, ihtiyaçlarını gidermeye çalışan ve şehre katkı sunmaya çalışan, bir sivil toplum kuruluşudur. Yürütmüş olduğumuz Güneydoğu Türkiye Projesinde Suriyeli Olmayan Mültecilere Koruma, Geçim Kaynakları ve Sosyal Entegrasyon Desteği Projesi kapsamında ‘’Proje Asistanı niteliklerine sahip üç (3) aday aramaktadır.

Proje Adıyaman il sınırları içinde yürütülecektir. Proje Sorumlusu gözetiminde Proje Asistanı aşağıdaki görev ve sorumluluklara sahip olacaktır.

 

 Görev ve Sorumluluklar

1. Saha çalışmaları yapmak
2. Ev ziyaretleri ile mültecilerle görüşerek ihtiyaç duydukları konularda bilgilendirmelerde bulunmak
3. Mültecilerin ihtiyaç duydukları hizmetlere erişimlerini kolaylaştırmak.
4. Saha çalışmalarında elde edilen bilgileri düzenli olarak raporlayıp Proje sorumlusuna iletmek.
5. Elde edilen verilerin planlanmasında rol almak.
6. Tüm çalışmalarda evrensel etik değerlere uyarak ekip ruhu ile hareket etmek.
7. Mültecilere tercümanlık hizmeti sunmak.

 

Aranan Nitelikler

1. Türkçe ile birlikte Farsça, Peştuca, Arapça ve İngilizce dillerinden birini iyi derecede bilmek,
2. İletişim becerisine sahip olmak,
3. İyi iletişim becerileri ve mülteci topluluğu içindeki çocuk, kadın ve erkeklerle ve alandaki tüm koruma aktörleri ile saygılı bir şekilde konuşma ve iletişim becerisine sahip olmalıdır.
4. Raporlama becerilerine sahip olmalıdır.
5. Kurumumuzla daha önceden çalışmış olmaları tercih sebebidir.
6. Adıyaman’daki mülteci konusunda bilgi sahibi olacak ve Adıyaman bölgesini bilecek.
7. Türk vatandaşlığı almış Afganistan uyruklu veya çok iyi derecede farsça Peştuca bilmeleri tercih sebebidir.
8. STK’ lar tarafından yürütülen koruma ve acil destek projelerinde en az üç yıl deneyim sahibi olmak
9. En az lise ve dengi okul mezunu olmak, Lisans mezunu tercih sebebidir
10. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olmak

Project Assistant

Gökkuşağı Derneği is a non-governmental organization seeking solutions to the problems of refugees and asylum seekers living within the borders of Adıyaman, trying to meet their needs and contribute to the city., Gökkuşağı Derneği is in a partnership with Concern Worldwide conducting Protection, Livelihoods and Social Integration Support for Non-Syrian Refugees in South-East Turkey Project, is looking for a potential candidates for the '' Project Assistants ( 3 Person) ''

The project will be carried out in Adıyaman province. Under the supervision of the Project Officer, the Project Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities.

  Duties and Responsibilities

1. To do field studies

2. Home visits and meetings with refugees to inform them about their needs

3. To facilitate the access of refugees to the services they need.

4. To report regularly the information obtained in the field studies to the Project Officer.

5. To take part in the planning of the data obtained.

6. To act in accordance with universal ethical values and team spirit in all activities.

7. Providing interpreting services to refugees. 

 

Qualifications

Persons who will be protection assistants;

1. To have a good command of Persian, Pashto, Arabic and English as well as Turkish,

2. To have communication skills,

3. Have good communication skills and the ability to speak and communicate with children, women and men in the refugee community and with all protection actors in the field.

4. Must have reporting skills.

5. It is preferable that they have worked with our institution before.

6. Have information about the refugee in Adıyaman and know Adıyaman region.

7. It is preferable an afghani person who has a Turkish citizenship or person that has the skill of how to write and speak very good level of Persian,pashto.

8. Having at least three years of experience in protection and emergency support projects carried out by NGOs

9. Being a graduate of at least high school and equivalent is a reason for preference
