General Requirements:

·         At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 

·         A master degree will be an asset.

·         At least 2 years of EU IPA project implementation experience in ongoing projects as project coordinator or relevant

·         Experience of supporting / working with the Team Leader in IPA projects

·         Proven knowledge in project implementation follow up

·         Knowledge in EU Environmental Regulations /Policies etc. will be an asset

·         Good knowledge of PRAG Rules

·         Exceptional verbal and written English skills

·         Computer literacy and competency in Microsoft applications including World, Excel, and Outlook.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EU IPA PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION EXPERINCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CRITERION FOR PREFERENCE
