Position Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning processes and tools assessment, evaluation, and deployment throughout areas of interest for the organizations 
2. Developing processes, tools, standards that are related to areas of quality management, including but not limited to processes documentation and assessment, knowledge management and learning,
3. Supporting functions that are developing processes and tools, in providing intellectual assistance, references, review of work and amending the validated work to the quality management system
4. Coordination with the organization's leadership to develop organizational work papers related to developing organizational capacities 
5. Assessment of organizational capacities and processes for organizational functions and units as per assessment plans provided by the leadership 
6. Planning for audits, reviewing audits findings, planning for corrective actions and validation of closure
7. Collection of information related to performance, gathering knowledge and learning and transforming it to organizational assets (reports, studies, standards, processes
8. Managing quality management system and platforms, reporting on activities, archiving of work and review with management 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree or institute in Engineering / Pharmacy / Management
• Experience:  One year experience in the same field  
• Office programs-Excel:  Advanced level.
• English -Arabic: Flaunt
