Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of tools and checklists for assessment, evaluation, and deployment throughout areas of interest for the organization under supervision of QA Coordinator
- Contribution to the development of processes, tools, standards that are related to areas of quality management, including but not limited to processes documentation and assessment, knowledge management and learning, processes piloting, deployment and improvement
- Supporting functions that are developing processes and tools, in providing intellectual assistance, references, review of work and amending the validated work to the quality management system
- Contributions to developing organizational work papers related to developing organizational capacities
- Contribution to the assessment of organizational capacities and processes for organizational functions and units as per assessment plans provided by the leadership
- Developing audits tools, conducting audit visits and interviews, documenting audits findings, following up corrective actions to closure
- contribution to the collection of information related to performance, gathering knowledge and learning and transforming it to organizational assets (reports, studies, standards, processes)
- Working on the quality management system and platforms, reporting on activities, archiving of work and review with management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or institute in Engineering / Pharmacy / Science / Management
- Experience: One year experience in the same field
- Office programs-Excel: Advanced level.
- Arabic-English: Fluent.
- Required things: Turkish nationality
