The Short term expert on legal frame work has the following qualifications and experience:

Qualifications and skills

- A relevant university degree (law, or equivalent), where the normal period of university education is at least four years

- Good communication skills, excellent English and Turkish language, spoken and written.

- Medium level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing work circumstances and requirements.

General professional experience

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in optimisation of structures and business process of the government entity.

- Experience in EU funded projects is an asset (European Structural and Investment Funds, Pre-accession funds).

- Experience on conducting workshops

Specific professional experience

- Experience on developments in the EU legal framework and EU best practice;

- Experience in IPA EU projects in Turkey will be an advantage
