Stichting United Work is an NGO established aiming to support refugees under protection status in livelihoods field in Turkey. SUW’s main mission is to facilitate the job search process of refugees and remedy registered employment issues for refugees and employers. Also, SUW aids refugees through complimentary search and selection services based on job descriptions companies provide, organizing interviews, along with pre-job trainings focusing on enhancing soft skills, on improving cultural learning and on social and work life adaptation, work permit consultancy, employer trainings focusing on how to work with refugees and ease their adaptation period, entrepreneurship and start-up support on legal & financial processes and capacity building, mentoring, and coaching with the vision of facilitating a sustainable economic power and having decent life conditions on their new life in Turkey.
