BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
SARD Founded in 2012, SARD is a nongovernmental organization dedicated to building resilience and self-reliance in those affected by conflict and natural disasters while championing the localization of humanitarian assistance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: • Maintain a well-organized and functional office environment. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks as needed. • Ensure a clean, organised, and functional office environment. • Ensure the office is presentable and welcoming for visitors. • Responsible for Adiyaman office petty cash advance request and monthly replenishment. • Make the payments to vendors or staff for Adiyaman petty cash expenses. • Scan the invoices related Adiyaman petty cash expenses and send it to finance department along with replenishment form and payment request. • Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, and postal mail. • Coordinate logistical aspects of meetings, workshops, and events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation. • Ensure that all events run smoothly. • In close liaison with Supply Chain Coordinator, ensure proper paperwork and documentation for all Supply Chain , Finance and HR related works according to SARD rules and regulations • Contact the vendors and companies in turkey
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of all procurement documents (Hard and Soft Copies) • Implement and oversee office security and safety protocols. • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and emergency response procedures. • Other duties as required and deemed appropriate by supervisor
