ROLE PURPOSE:
Save the Children is seeking job applicants for a MEAL Officer position to be based in Hatay with frequent travels to the SCI Türkiye Operational areas. The MEAL Officer will report to the MEAL Manager and will work closely with SCI staff in the implementation sites. S/he will provide cross-thematic support pertaining to MEAL activities to increase data quality and inform project adjustments where necessary; through ensuring evidence-based decision making. The MEAL Officer will be responsible to conduct frequent on-site and off-site monitoring, design the monitoring tools, ensure the efficient functioning of the Accountability mechanisms, ensure data confidentiality and security, facilitate and/or conduct various assessments, provide capacity building, supervision, and coaching to SCI and partner organization staff where relevant, and for data management and reporting.
