Who we are?

IDA is an international independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
IDA was founded in 2012 by Syrian doctors from Aleppo in response to the healthcare and humanitarian crisis in Syria.

IDA Syria is the main healthcare provider in the Northern Aleppo/Syria area, working closely with 500,000 IDPs and 700,000 host communities through 20 healthcare facilities and other health and nutrition projects

During last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp Management

Responsibilities:

Sorumluluklar:

• Hastanın tıbbi bilgilerinin kayıt altına alınması ve tüm hasta evraklarının tutulmasının sağlanması, Günlük raporların-protokol defterinin yazılması, Hasta hizmetlerinin tümünün standart formlara doğru olarak kaydedilmesinin sağlanması.
• İhtiyaç duyulan hastaların kan basıncı ve kan şekeri seviyelerinin takibi
• Gerekli ilaçların yerinde ve son kullanma tarihlerini takip etmesini sağlamak, yeni ilaçlara ihtiyaç duyulduğunda talep oluşturmak.
• Muayene sırasında doktora destek olmak ve hastalarla iletişim kurmak
• Gerektiğinde hastalar için yara bakımı
• Gerekli ihtiyaçlar de dahil olmak üzere Merkezdeki genel hemşirelik hizmetleri hakkında Proje Yöneticisini günlük olarak bilgilendirme
• Süpervizörün gerektirdiği diğer ilgili görevler

Nitelikler:

• Hemşirelik Fakültesi Sertifikası (Türk Üniversitesi zorunludur)
• Türk Vatandaşlığına Sahip Olmak
• Türkçe konuşan, Arapça tercih edilme sebebidir
• En az iki yıl hemşire olarak çalışma deneyimi
• Farklı kültürlerin birarada olduğu işyeri ortamında çalışabilme becerisi

Responsibilities:

• Registration of patient’s medical information and ensure keeping all patients’ documents, Writing the daily reports-protocol book, Ensure registering all patient’s services correctly in the standard forms.
• Follow up the blood pressure and blood sugar levels of needed patients
• Ensuring that required medications are in place and following their expiry date, creating request when new medications are needed.
• Supporting the doctor during the examination and communication with patients
• Wound care for  patients when needed
• Keep the Project Manager daily informed about the overall nursing services in the Center including the necessary

Qualifications:

• Nurse Faculty Certificate (Turkish University is a must)
• Having Turkish Citizenship
• Turkish speaker, Arabic is an assist
• Experience working as a nurse for two years at least
• Ability to work in a multicultural workplace environment
