Who we are?

IDA is an international independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
IDA was founded in 2012 by Syrian doctors from Aleppo in response to the healthcare and humanitarian crisis in Syria.

IDA Syria is the main healthcare provider in the Northern Aleppo/Syria area, working closely with 500,000 IDPs and 700,000 host communities through 20 healthcare facilities and other health and nutrition projects

During last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp Management

Sorumluluklar

• Hastaların fiziksel durumlarını, hareket kabiliyeti, güç, hareket açıklığı ve ağrı seviyeleri dahil olmak üzere kapsamlı bir şekilde değerlendirmek.
• Değerlendirme bulgularına dayalı olarak çeşitli fizyoterapi teknikleri ve yöntemlerini kullanarak kişiselleştirilmiş tedavi planları geliştirmek.
• Hastaların fiziksel işlevlerini iyileştirmek ve ağrıyı hafifletmek için tedavi edici egzersizler, manuel teknikler ve yöntemler uygulamak.
• Hastaları ve ailelerini durumları, tedavi planları, öz-yönetim ve yaralanma önleme teknikleri hakkında eğitmek.
• Merkezdeki diğer sağlık profesyonelleri, doktorlar, hemşireler ve terapistlerle yakın iş birliği yaparak hasta bakımını koordine etmek.
• Sağlık düzenlemelerine uyum, hasta mahremiyeti ve bilgilendirilmiş onam dahil olmak üzere yasal ve etik standartlara bağlı kalmak.
• Tesis yöneticisi ve diğer ekip üyeleriyle açık ve etkili iletişim sürdürerek hasta bakım planlarının sorunsuz koordinasyonunu ve uygulanmasını sağlamak.
• Bağışçılar, proje hedefleri ve devlet sağlık otoritelerine ilişkin düzenlemelere uyumu sağlayarak Merkezin operasyonlarının bütünlüğünü ve hesap verebilirliğini korumak.

Gereksinimler

• Tanınmış bir üniversiteden tıp diplomasına sahip olma ve fizyoterapi teknikleri ile müdahalelerinde uzmanlaşmış yeterlilik.
• Tıp doktoru olarak fizyoterapide en az 5 yıl profesyonel deneyim.
• Kapsamlı değerlendirmeler yapma, geniş bir yelpazede fiziksel durumları doğru teşhis etme ve kanıta dayalı müdahalelerle bireyselleştirilmiş tedavi planları geliştirme konusunda uzmanlık.
• Baston, atel veya adaptif ekipman gibi yardımcı cihazların kullanımını önerme ve hastalara bu konuda eğitim verme yeterliliği.
• Kültürel duyarlılıkla bakım sağlama ve farklı geçmişlere sahip hastalarla etkili iletişim kurma yeteneği.
• Hasta değerlendirmeleri, tedavi planları, ilerlemeler ve sonuçlarla ilgili doğru ve ayrıntılı kayıt tutma konusunda yetkinlik. Sonuç değerlendirme ve kalite iyileştirme girişimlerine aktif katılım.
• Yazılı ve sözlü olarak Türkçe’ye tam hakimiyet şarttır.
• Arapça ve/veya İngilizce bilgisi tercih sebebidir.
• İyi raporlama ve bilişim becerileri, özellikle Excel ve Word kullanımı.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, utilizing various physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and techniques for self-management and injury prevention.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the Centre, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and informed consent.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the facility administrator, as well as other team members, to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to donors, project targets, and state health authorities to uphold the integrity and accountability of the Centre’s operations.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a medical degree from a recognised university, along with specialised proficiency in physical therapy techniques and interventions.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in physical therapy as an MD.
• Expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnosing a wide range of physical conditions, and developing individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Proficiency in recommending and instructing patients on the use of assistive devices, such as crutches, braces, or adaptive equipment.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive care and effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes. Actively participates in outcome evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in Turkish is essential, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or English is desirable.
• Good reporting and IT skills, including Excel and Word.
