GENERAL POST  DESCRIBTION

• The Cleaner is responsible for hygiene, order and cleanliness of PIN Premises.

FUNCTIOANAL AND  HIERARCHICAL REPORTING LINES

• The Cleaner is supervised by Senior Logistic Officer and collobrates with logistic department.

PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES AND TASKS

HOUSEKEEPİNG

• Responsibility for housekeeping in the guesthouse and office, which consist of cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, ironing and other activities needed to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Ensures waste disposal.
• Ensures that all hygiene standards are respected ( water, garbage cans , toilet, kitchen..)

REPORTING

• Responsibilities to provide The Senior Logistic Officer with request for proper equipment needed to fulfill his/her task in optimal way.
• Reporting missing and broken equipment or furniture at guesthouse and office, which is in poor condition and should be repaired or changed.

OTHER

• Other tasks assigned by employee’s Line Manager corresponding to actual needsof the mission,programs and projects.
• Understand and adhere to the mission’s National Staff Handbook, PIN Code of Conduct, PIN Key Policy and relevant guidelines.
