We are looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Specialist to work in the head office of our foundation with 25 years of deep-rooted history and to provide expertise in purchasing and logistics processes.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics or tender processes,
• Preferably with experience working in foundations, associations or non-governmental organizations,
• Fluent in English,
• Experienced in cost analysis, budget management and contracting processes,
• Good command of logistics planning and operation processes,
• Analytical thinker with effective communication and negotiation skills,
• Successful in team management, organization and follow-up,
• Prone to teamwork and strong business follow-up,
• Ability to use MS Office and ERP systems actively,
• No travel disability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and reporting procurement and logistics processes,
• Organizing and executing tender and bidding processes,
• Establishing, developing and managing supplier relations,
• Ensuring efficient planning and realization of logistics operations,
• Optimizing quality, cost and time in procurement processes,
• Managing contract processes and auditing compliance with the legislation,
• Creating opportunities for improvement by controlling logistics costs,
• Developing and implementing the organization's procurement and logistics policies,
• To ensure continuous improvement by monitoring the performance of the team.
