Project Assistant

Required Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree,
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Turkish (valid TOEFL / IELTS / YDS certificate required and to be assessed during interview),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Strong communication and reporting skills,
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in national or international projects or institutions (at least 1 year in internationally funded projects such as EU, World Bank, etc. is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily project operations as needed by the department,
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support for project activities,
• Prepare notes and minutes for weekly, monthly, and other project-related meetings,
• Take general responsibility for maintaining and updating project files and records,
• Collaborate with relevant experts in the Project Management Team for project execution and monitoring,
• Perform additional duties as required by the administrative/unit specialist,
• Assist in reporting, record-keeping, and data preparation in line with project implementation.
