Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Statistics, Architecture and/or Engineering,
• Proficiency in MS Office, database tools, data analysis, and visualization/infographics,
• At least 3 years of general work experience,
• At least 2 years of experience in internationally funded projects in project planning, administration, data management, or reporting (EU-funded project experience is preferred),
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Turkish (to be assessed in the interview),

Responsibilities

• Collect data, ensure complete data entry, manage reporting processes,
• Ensure timely and complete preparation of reports,
• Coordinate project activities among stakeholders,
• Identify requirements and actively manage troubleshooting for monitoring software,
• Track correspondence and approval mechanisms, ensure timeliness,
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings and events, keep minutes, and ensure stakeholder coordination,
• Perform other duties delegated by the administration representative.
